The Housing Needs Team in Slough offers free and confidential advice on a wide range of housing problems and can help to find suitable accommodation. They aim to prevent you from losing your home and if they can't achieve this, they will help you look at the options to find other accommodation.

You will be seen by a housing advisor who will assess whether you are in priority need. The staff can help you with:

- housing advice - tenancy rights, joining the housing register
- homelessness
- temporary accommodation
- resettlement - supporting families, young people and others who may be at risk of losing their home
