SERVICE USER INVOLVEMENT

User Involvement means that service users have an opportunity to say what they feel is being done right and what is being done wrong in the services in Slough. This means that providers and tiers of management can work together to change things for the better, and services users can feel (individually or as a group) that their opinions are being valued and appreciated.

Each service now has a service user representative, please ask to speak to the rep at any of our services (whether you are accessing the services or not)/speak to your key worker about getting involved. This could be anything from meeting with other services users, producing an item for the service user led magazine to advising on improvements within the services themselves.

Look out for promotional material and get involved!
